NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 25th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 952, in Volume D1, Folio 25/95, File No. MMXXVI-B, by our client, Dipak Sumantbhai Amin, formerly known as Dipak Kumar Sumantbhai Amin, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Dipak Kumar Sumantbhai Amin, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Dipak Sumantbhai Amin, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Dipak Sumantbhai Amin only.
