NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 419, in Volume D1, Folio 359/6001, File MMXXV, by our client, Kadar Elim Osman Hassan, of P.O. Box 238, Isibania in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kadar Abdi Abdullahi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kadar Abdi Abdullahi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kadar Elim Osman Hassan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, Kadar Elim Osman Hassan only.
