NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1012, in Volume D1, Folio 144/1471, File MMXXVI, by our client, Jemima Atieno Okello (guardian), of P.O. Box 1666–10400, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Aven Ndung’u Okello (minor), formerly known as Aven Ndung’u Mucheru alias Aven Oketch Okello, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Aven Ndung’u Mucheru alias Aven Oketch Okello, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Aven Ndung’u Okello, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, Aven Ndung’u Okello only.
