ACT

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 5 of the Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) to the owners of the following uncollected goods: Gambling Items, which are located at Ruaka square at Ruaka Shopping Centre along Limuru Road, to take/collect of the aforementioned goods which are located at Ruaka square at Ruaka Shopping Centre along Limuru Road, within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice upon payment of all accumulated storage charges and any other incidental costs, if the aforesaid properties are not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same will be sold by public auction without any further reference thereto.
