NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap.38) of the laws of Kenya and following an authority and an order under Miscellaneous applications number E074/2025 in the Chief’s Magistrates Court at Mavoko Law Courts to the Public/Owners/Custodians of Motorcycles which are lying idle and unclaimed within Mavoko SNP Police yard to collect the said Motorcycles at the said yard within thirty (30) days from the date of 2830 2830 this publication.
