APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to section 26, 27, and 28 of the Mental Health Act and the Regulations thereof. Take notice that this Court in Civil Misc. Application Case No. E58 of 2025 appointed Maria Pamela Rose Effie Fernandes, of P.O. Box 41670–00100, Nairobi, in the Republic of Kenya, as legal guardian and manager of the estate and all affairs of Fernandes Maria Granola Reina, with effect from the 14th January, 2026. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in the respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication.
