pursuant to and in accordance with section 406 of the Act) PROPOSED LIQUIDATION OF THE COMPANY THROUGH A CREDITORS’ VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION To Whom It may Concern: PURSUANT to a special resolution dated the 2 June 2026, the Shareholders of Taccazze Limited resolved to liquidate the Company pursuant to Part VI “Liquidation of Companies” in Division 4 “Creditors Voluntary Liquidation” of the Insolvency Act, No. 18 of 2015. It was resolved that the Company be liquidated by way of a creditors' voluntary liquidation. To this effect and in accordance with section 406 of the Insolvency Act, all creditors of the Company are notified as follows: 1. That you are invited to attend a meeting of all the creditors of the Company, which shall be held virtually on Tuesday 16 June, at 11.00 a.m. 2. That pursuant to section 406 (2) (a) of the Insolvency Act, the Shareholders have proposed the appointment of the Official Receiver of P.O. Box 46402-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya for purposes hereof to act as the liquidator of the Company. 3. Pursuant to section 406 (2) (b) of the Insolvency Act, a list of names and addresses of the Company's Creditors shall be available for inspection free of charge two (2) days before the meeting date which shall be shared with the creditors who will have confirmed attendance by sending an email to the following email address info@tlolaw.co.ke 4. During the period before the meeting date, please write to the company through the email info@tlolaw.co.ke to confirm your attendance at the meeting and receive the link for the meeting, to obtain any such information concerning the Company's affairs as creditors may reasonably require and for any inquiries on the lists of names and addresses of the company's creditors which will be supplied free of charge. 5.
