PURSUANT to the provisions of the Public Health Act, Cap 242, laws of Kenya, and Rules 8 and 9 of the Public Health (Public Mortuaries) Rules, 1991, notice is given that the under-mentioned unclaimed bodies, 2 unknown adult females, 8 unknown adult males and 1 fetus have overstayed between six (6) months to two (2) years at Makueni County Referral Farewell Home. We wish to notify the public that whoever may have lost their relatives in the period stated above to visit the said Farewell Home for purposes of identification and claiming of the bodies within fourteen (14) days. Take note that at the expiration of the said period the County Government of Makueni shall apply to the court for authority to dispose of the said bodies without any further reference provided that no claim has been made within that period.
