THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simon Kipkorir A. Chepkwony (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the county of Kericho, known as Kericho/Ainamoi/43, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Sotik in Succession Cause No. 16 of 2013, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of the land title deed to Philemon Kipkorir arap Rono, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Simon Kipkorir A. Chepkwony (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed in the name of Philemon Kipkorir arap Rono, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Simon Kipkorir A.
