THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Henry Ogola and (2) Fredrick Ochieng Osumba, are registered as proprietors in absolute interest of all that piece of land containing 10.94 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyando, known as Kisumu/Wangaya I/2078, and whereas the Magistrate’s Court at Nyando in MCELC/E28/2024, has issued a decree directing the land registrar to rectify the registry, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietors to surrender the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, the land title deed issued to (1) Henry Ogola and (2) Fredrick Ochieng Osumba shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
