REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Odhiambo Ayugi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.17 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ngong/Ngong/20071, situate in Kajiado County, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Ngong in Succession Cause No. E91 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Poulette Atieno Odhiambo and (2) Marilyn Achieng Odhiambo, as administrators and beneficiaries, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said David Odhiambo Ayugi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of a new land title deed and proceed with the registration in favour of the administrators and beneficiaries, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said David Odhiambo Ayugi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
