GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8392

WHEREAS Nkaabu Majuri alias Nkabu Majuuri alias M’Nkabo Majuri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.854 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Meru, known as Abogeta/L-Chure/394, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Meru in Succession Cause No. E83 of 2022, has issued letters of administration to Catherine Nceri Kiambi as administrator, and beneficiaries are (1) Lucy Kanini Nkabo, (2) Catherine Nceri Kiambi, (3) Grace Mbuthu Gerevasio, (4) Josphne Choro Peter and (5) Kinoti Nkabo, and whereas the said title deed issued in the respect of the said parcel of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said Catherine Nceri Kiambi as administrator, and beneficiaries are (1) Lucy Kanini Nkabo, (2) Catherine Nceri Kiambi, (3) Grace Mbuthu Gerevasio, (4) Josphne Choro Peter and (5) Kinoti Nkabo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nkaabu Majuri alias Nkabu Majuuri alias M’Nkabo Majuri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
