GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8382

WHEREAS Kamau Mwangi “B.” (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 4.05 hectares or thereabout, known as Loc. 1/Gatanga/176, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Murang’a in Succession Cause No. 2 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation to (1) Emma Wangari Mburu (ID/2027074), (2) Beatrice Mugure Gitau (ID/0872895), (3) Dorcas Mumbi Maina (ID/1771135) and (4) Anastersia Njeri Kamau (ID/2027015), and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document to (1) Emma Wangari Mburu (ID/2027074), (2) Beatrice Mugure Gitau (ID/0872895), (3) Dorcas Mumbi Maina (ID/1771135) and (4) Anastersia Njeri Kamau (ID/2027015), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kamau Mwangi “B.” (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
