GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8381

WHEREAS (1) John Murage Kangere (deceased) and (2) Agnes Nduku Muli (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land situate in the county of Kiambu, known as Thika Municipality Block 24/451, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 2007 of 2013 consolidated with Cause No. 1334 of 2013 and in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Thika Succession No. E51 of 2024, respectively, have issued grants of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grants in favour of (1) Rose Wanjiru Murage, (2) Duncan Kamau Kangere, (3) William Wambui Muli and (4) Shayne Wanjiru Murage, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) John Murage Kangere (deceased) and (2) Agnes Nduku Muli (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) John Murage Kangere (deceased) and (2) Agnes Nduku Muli (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
