THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Justo Ondigo Oyoo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kisumu/Municipality Block 8/152, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kisumu in succession cause No. E36 of 2025, has issued grant in favour of (1) Jack Obwanda Ondigo, (2) Fredrick Otieno Ondigo, (3) James Midola Ondigo and (4) Benson Otieno Ondigo, and whereas the said court has confirmed the grant in favour of (1) Jack Obwanda Ondigo, (2) Fredrick Otieno Ondigo, (3) James Midola Ondigo and (4) Benson Otieno Ondigo, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Justo Ondigo Oyoo (deceased), is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 as per the grant and the certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Justo Ondigo Oyoo (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
