REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Valentino Rossetto, of P.O. Box 657–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor freehold interest of all that piece of land known as Kilifi/Jimba/1457/4 (Villa 4), situate in the district of Kilifi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the white card in respect of the parcel of land is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall reconstruct a new register (white card).
