THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stephen Ndegwa Mwangi (ID/3522629) and (2) David Muigai Kinyanjui (ID/0399798), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.30 and 0.60 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Kirinyaga, registered under title Nos. Ngariama/Thirikwa/3449 and 3450, and whereas sufficient evidence have been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
