WHEREAS Ali Abdirahman Adan, of P.O. Box 21954–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/III/108, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a indenture of conveyance registered as Volume N59, Folio 121, File 13527, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the conveyance has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certified copy of the conveyance provided that no objection has been received within that period.
