REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Janet Kitile Maitha, of P.O. Box 76047–00508, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in the leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Ngong/Ngong/26294 (B12), situate in Kajiado County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
