THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Muiruri Wanjiku and (2) Solomon Mburu Gachanih, both of P.O. Box 1278, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, as administrators of the estate of Ibrahim Kimaku Muiruri (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 8451/7, situate in the south of Eldoret Municipality in Uasin Gishu District, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 39179/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period..
