APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 79 of the Water Act (Cap. 372), section 128 (2), 129 (1) and 132 of the Companies Act (Cap. 486), and Regulation 11 (1) of the Water (Services) Regulations, the Governor, Nairobi City County, re-appoints— Johnstone Alusiola Mukabwa, Emmah Mukuhi Muthoni, Rose Esther Muthoni Wamuiya, Robow Mohamed Hassan, Cedric Kelvin Alaro, Arnold Karanja, as Board Members of the Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company, with effect from the 27th April, 2026, for a period of three (3) years.
