NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th May, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 730, in Volume DI, Folio 490/1011, File MMXXIV, by our Client, Philimon Kipchirchir, of P.O. Box 69, Fort Tenan in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kipkirui Isaac Yegon, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kipkirui Isaac Yegon, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Philimon Kipchirchir, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Philimon Kipchirchir only.
