NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of laws of Kenya to the owners of Salvage motor vehicles No. KCS 370V, Volkswagen, Station Wagon, to take delivery of the motor vehicle which is currently lying at Prototype Racing Yard, Industrial Area Go Down No. 68, within (30) days from the date of this publication, upon payment of accumulated storage charges together with interest and costs of this publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public Auction by Axis Auctioneers, Tembo Co-operative House, 3th Floor, Moi Avenue, P.O Box 40781–00100, Nairobi, tender or private treat and proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owners.
