TENDER

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following household goods: A two and three seaters seat; GL DP 3- inch TV; coffee table; wooden study table and chair and TV stand which is in storage at Ololua Ridge Apartments within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all arrears and accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of this publication and any other incidental cost, failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceed of sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
