SETTLEMENT

NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) to the owners and/or persons having an interest in the items KBZ 791J, Blue Isuzu Forward Truck; KCA 176J, White Tata Cabin with chassis; KBJ 782W, White Scania 124l Truck; KBQ 992Z, White Truck and a 40ft container, maroon in color, serial No. TTNU 9090322, currently lying uncollected at Galana Energies Limited, Athi River Yard. The owners are required to take delivery within thirty (30) days from the date of publication hereof upon payment of all accrued storage charges, interest, cost of publication, and any incidental expenses. Take notice that upon expiry of the said period, the goods will be disposed of by public auction, tender or private treaty without further reference to the owners, and the proceeds applied towards settlement of all outstanding charges.
