NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, Cap. 38, of the laws of Kenya and following an authority and an order under Miscellaneous Applications No. E088/2026 in the Chief’s Magistrates Court at Embu Law Courts to the Public/Owners/Custodians of Motor vehicles and Motorcycles which are lying idle and unclaimed within Embu Police and Itabua Police Yards to collect the said Motor vehicles, Motorcycles at the said yards within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication.
