APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS I appointed Mr. Joel Kipsanai Barbengi, Principal Co- operative Auditor, Elgeyo Marakwet, liquidator for Trans-Kenya Women Sacco Society Limited (in liquidation) (CS/13679) vide order dated the 8th August 2019, and whereas the said Joel Kipsanai Barbengi has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period. NOW therefore, I appoint CPA Isaac Omanyalla Omasete, Co- operative Auditor I, Trans Nzoia County, for a period not exceeding six (6) months to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co- operative Society.
