THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Moherai Nyangi (deceased), of P.O. Box 1, Kehancha in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.13 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kuria, registered under title No. Bukira/Bwisaboka/759, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Migori in Succession Cause No. E20 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration to Gilbert Gikaro Mohera, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Moherai Nyangi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed to Gilbert Gikaro Mohera, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Moherai Nyangi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
