GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8195

WHEREAS Naomi Wacuka Kuvuria (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, known as Gaturi/Githimu/T. 77, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Embu in Succession Cause No. E213 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) David Muchangi Njeru and (2) Faith Wambeti Njeru, and whereas the said (1) David Muchangi Njeru and (2) Faith Wambeti Njeru have executed an application to be registered as proprietors by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietors by transmission in favour of (1) David Muchangi Njeru and (2) Faith Wambeti Njeru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Naomi Wacuka Kuvuria (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
