THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Fanuel Onyango Agumba (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kisumu/Nyalenda “A”/342, situate in the district of Vihiga, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyando in succession cause No. 536 of 2022, has issued grant in favour of (1) Meshack Jamasai Onyango and (2) Nehemiah Onyango Onyango, and whereas the said court has confirmed the grant in favour of (1) Meshack Jamasai Onyango and (2) Nehemiah Onyango Onyango, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Fanuel Onyango Agumba (deceased), is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 as per the grant and the certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Fanuel Onyango Agumba (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
