REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Loise Nyambura Ngenye (ID/2771484), of P.O. Box 53514–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that property containing 1.418 hectares or thereabout, known as Ngong/Ngong/13598, situate in Kajiado County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
