REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Fredrick Mwangi Mbuthia (ID/1750963), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.17 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Lamu County, registered under title No. Lamu/Hindi Magogoni/1390, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
