THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohamed Khamis Abdu, of P.O. Box 74–80500, Lamu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor leasehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 800.2 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 33755, situate in the North of Hindi 29th May, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE Township in the Lamu District, registered under title No. C.R. 85153, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land certificate of title therefore has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
