APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 40 (1) (a) of the Unclaimed Financial Assets Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury appoints— GEORGE WAMBUGU KANURI as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Unclaimed Financial Assets Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 29th May, 2026.
