CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2025 By Mary Gathoni Gachai, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gachai Kamau, who died at Mosoi Range, on 19th December, 2017. E156 OF 2025 By (1) Lepaso ole Masek, (2) Kerrengol ole Saitaka, (3) Santai ole Masek, (4) Stephen Dalamia ole Saitaga and (5) Julius Nkaru Saitaga, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masek ole Saitaga, who died at Inyonyori, on 8th May, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
