TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026 By Rose Vukuza Chemani, of P.O. Box 4130–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexander Mochama Mochama, who died on 14th September, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
