CAUSE NO. E154 OF 2025 By Lucia Muthoni Gakuru, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Gakuru Mwaura, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 5th July, 2017. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2026 By Doreen Mwendwa Mbiti, of P.O. Box 6733–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Betty Muthoni Mbiti, who died at Diani, on 26th December, 2021. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2026 By (1) Joseph Ndungu Seet, (2) Sammy Mbatia Seet and (3) Ruth Wambui Naimutie Seti, all of P.O.
