TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E187 OF 2025 By (1) Antony Maundu Ndonye, (2) Onesmus Musyoki Ndonye and (3) Munee Kimuyu Ndonye, all of P.O. Box 375–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s heirs, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndonye Musyoki Lole alias Ndonye Nduva, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 24th June, 1984. CAUSE NO. E324 OF 2025 By Matunda Menze, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beth Wanzuu Matunda, who died at Kyangala, on 15th September, 2008. CAUSE NO. E327 OF 2025 By (1) Mutave Mutua Wailoti and (2) Stellamaris Ndunge Nganda, both of P.O. Box 235–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kyesu Manyenze, who died at Kyamwilu, Mutituni, on 29th March, 1985. CAUSE NO. E345 OF 2025 By (1) Susan Katumbi Wambua and (2) Meshuck Kioko Mbithi, both of P.O. Box 268, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mbithi Mutwiwa, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd November, 1999. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2026 By Catherine Mwikali Ndivo, of P.O. Box 2266, Machakos in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mutunga Nzioka, who died at Katheka Kai, on 18th September, 2019.
