Box 203–70300, Mandera in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Bishar Hussein Farah, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Bishar Hussein Farah and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Farah Bishar Hussein Furey times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Farah Bishar Hussein Furey only.
