NOTICE is given that the debtor’s petition for a bankruptcy order by the High Court of Kenya was on 13th November, 2025, presented before the High Court of Kenya at Kakamega by Wambua Kigamwa & Company Advocates. Any creditor or contributor of the above-named person desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear before the High Court at Kakamega in person or by an authorized advocate on 18th. June, 2026, when directions shall be issued in the matter.
