THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jackson Ng’ang’a Wamugi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.04 hectares or thereabouts, known as Kajiado/Kaputiei-North/8995, situate in the Kajiado County, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi Succession Cause No. 1228 of 2014 has issued a grant in favour of Francis Kanene Ng’ang’a (ID/25437687), to be registered as administrator, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with production of a new title deed and proceed with the registration in favour of the said administrator, and upon such registration, the title deed issued earlier to the said Jackson Ng’ang’a Wamugi (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect Dated the 22nd May, 2026.
