THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jonathan Kituu Kiia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Makindu/Kisingo/938, situate in the district of Makueni, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Makindu in Succession Cause No. E68 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Margaret Mwikali Kiia, and whereas the said land title deed in respect of Jonathan Kituu Kiia (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 19 in the name of Margaret Mwikali Kiia, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Jonathan Kituu Kiia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
