THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ali Gataka Mungai alias Dudley Gataka Mungai (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Loc. 4/Naaro/1307, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 455 of 2004, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Nyatime Abdulrahman Kithinji (ID/9821567), of P.O. 40000–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ali Gataka Mungai alias Dudley Gataka Mungai (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
