REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hellen Auma Oloo, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land, situate in Migori County, known as Kamagambo/Kanyajuok/476, and whereas in the Environmental and Land Court at Migori in Case No. ELC/228 of 2017, has issued a decree ordering that the complainant Josiah Ouma Omolo suing as legal representative of the estate of Charles Omolo Onyango (deceased) (High Court of Kenya at Homa Bay in Succession Cause No. 334 of 2015) be allowed to have back the piece of land measuring 7.4 hectares or thereabout, from parcel No. Kamagambo/Kanyajuok/476, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Hellen Auma Oloo (deceased) if not surrendered within thirty (30) days from the date hereof to allow transfer of the same to Josiah Ouma Omolo will be deemed null and void and of no effect.
