THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elijah Goga Oloo (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land, situate in Migori County, known as Suna East/Wasweta I/8272, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 2584 of 2012, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of (1) Mary Atieno Lwal and (2) Beatrice Akinyi Ochieng, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Elijah Goga Oloo (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Elijah Goga Oloo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
