THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Herman Ngari Kirika (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Nakuru Municipality Block 11/697, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. E626 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Wandia Jane Kiiru and (2) Ruel Kirika Ngari, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Herman Ngari Kirika (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission of L.R.A. 50 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Wandia Jane Kiiru and (2) Ruel Kirika Ngari,, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Herman Ngari Kirika (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
