THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ngere Ndirie Njama (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Bahati Scheme/243, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. E731 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Samuel E. N. Mweru, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Ngere Ndirie Njama (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission of L.R.A. 50 and issue land title deed to the said Samuel E. N. Mweru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ngere Ndirie Njama (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 22nd May, 2026. N. N.
