Whereas Yusuf Mustafa Ratemo, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land situate in Kwale, registered under Title Nos. Kwale/Galu Kinondo/2201, 2202 and 2207 2570 2570 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said green cards have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct new registers provided that no objection has been received within that period.
