THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Evelyn Jepchumba Murei Rono, of P.O. Box 59527– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that property containing 0.1242 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kajiado/Olekasasi/881, situate in the district of Kajiado-Ngong, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Milimani in Succession Cause No. E197 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Henry Kipkogei Rono, and whereas the said land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open a new land register and the missing land register is deemed to be of no effect, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
