REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simon Wanyonyi Simiyu, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land, situate in the county of Bungoma, known as E. Bukusu/W. Sangalo/5239, 5240, 5241 and 5242, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the 22nd May, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the said land registers shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
